Loved having a television with satellite channels, climate control, and a fridge in the room. the food options were savoury and plentiful. - the hotel is conveniently located close to a quiet neighborhood and the center of Pune. - Most of the staff members were very helpful and extremely friendly.

Clean place with beautifully maintained and brand-new rooms. Great and super location, adjacent to the city center and residential area. Polite staff providing excellent service. Delicious meals served at the hotel.

The staff provided polite and helpful service, and the complimentary breakfast was of good quality. The room had centralized AC and strong WIFI for work trips.

During my stay, I really enjoyed the overall cleanliness of the hotel and appreciated the helpfulness of the staff. The location of the hotel was also very convenient and accessible. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which had some local flavors. Additionally, the nearby garden was a charming feature, and I loved seeing the variety of birds, especially the parrots.

The rooms were clean and new, and the location was very convenient, with popular areas within walking distance. The parking was also a plus, making it easy to bring a car and explore the surroundings.
The breakfast was somewhat disappointing, with limited options and an uncomfortable eating area. some of the staff could use more training in customer service, as we found a few to be rude and unhelpful.

Our New Year stay was excellent! the hotel provided us with complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi which was a nice surprise. the location was perfect, walking distance to all the shops and cafes.
Some of the staff members were a bit rude and unhelpful. the noise from outside and upstairs was loud and disruptive at times.
